Tezz : Review

Tezz is an action thriller about a man who plants a bomb on a London-Glasgow train in order to receive a ransom, after which he plans to take his family back to India. What happens? Find out in the full review.

What’s Good: Ajay Devgan and Anil Kapoor’s performances; a few action sequences.

What’s Bad: The ineffective drama in the first half; the lack of emotional connect between the characters in the film; the below-average visual effects.

Verdict: Tezz is an average entertainer at best.

Loo break: A couple, especially in the climax.

Watch or Not?: Watch if you want to see an Indian copy of many Hollywood train-bombing films.

MALLU SINGH : Seniors Back With A Junior

The film, produced by Neeta Anto under the banner 'Ann Mega Media' and directed by Vysakh, is nearing to the end of its shooting. It is set to hit the theaters by the beginning of May. The film follows the search for a missing youngster in the streets of Punjab.

The script is by Sethu. The songs, composed by M.Jayachandran, are written by Rajiv Alunkal and Murugan Kattakata. This is apparently Kunchako Boban's 50th movie.

Salman Khan was all praise for director Arbaaz Khan when he spoke about the sequel "Dabangg 2," one of his most eagerly awaited films in 2012.

Speaking to a reporter at the launch of fashion designer Seema Khan's spa and salon, Kallista, in Mumbai, Friday, Salman said that "Dabangg 2" is Arbaaz's debut directorial venture.

After the beautiful Yahaan, Shoojit Sircar brings to us the lighthearted story of Punjab da Munda,pakka Delhiite Vicky Arora (brilliant debut by Ayushmann Khurana) who is unemployed but would rather have a job and earn respect than join the family business. Dr. Chaddha (Anu Kapoor) runs an infertility clinic and is in dire need of a sperm donor. Chaddha, who ‘shakal dekhte hi sperm ko pehchan lehta hoon’, releases that Aryanputra Vicky is the only solution to his problem and convinces a reluctant Vicky to become a sperm donor for money. Trouble arises when Vicky falls in love with a Bengali girl Ashima (Yami Gautam) and realizes that the society is not yet ready for the concept of sperm donation.

There’s no big story in OKOK, but what makes the film tick? It’s smart packaging with Rajesh’s typical signature comedy - loads of witty one-liners, comical punches by Santhanam, fresh pair Udhay and ravishing Hansika and Harris Jayaraj in the scheme of things, the movie lives up to all the pre-release hype.

22 Female Kottayam – Movie Review & VIDEO SONGS

Directed by Aashiq Abu of the Salt n Pepper fame,22 Female Kottayam is an extremely brave attempt at showcasing the life of a woman from a female centric perspective. Like his previous attempt, 22 Female Kottayam is a chip above the rest. Though the film has its share of flaws, the movie definitely makes you sit up and notice.

Tezz (English: Fast/Speedy) is an upcoming Hindi action thriller film directed by Priyadarshan. The film features an ensemble cast; including Mohanlal,Anil Kapoor, Ajay Devgan, Boman Irani, Kangna Ranaut, Sameera Reddy and Zayed Khan in main roles. It is expected to hit theatres on 27 April, 2012. The stunt choreographer had been Gareth Milne, the stunt co-ordinator of Fantastic 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer and National Treasure: Book of Secrets.

BILLA 2 : THE BEGINNING

Billa II is an upcoming Indian Tamil gangster-thriller film directed by Chakri Toleti. It is a prequel to the 2007 film Billa and would focus on how David, an ordinary man from the coastal regions of South Tamil Nadu, becomes Billa, a dreaded underworld don, with Ajith Kumar reprising the role of the titular character. It also features Parvathy Omanakuttan, Bruna Abdullah, Vidyut Jamwal and Sudhanshu Pandey in supporting roles.Yuvan Shankar Raja, who had also worked on the score of Billa 2.now the interesting story rapper  Pitbull  for one of the tracks

COBRA MALAYALAM MOVIE REVIEW

Lal is known for a director, who will make interesting films from a very simple story, Here in Cobra as well, he repeated the same with the help of a great actor Mammootty in the lead… With the technical aspect of the film is top notch, the film can be rated as one of the good watch. Yet the film lacks the charisma and the fun, the Lal able to provide with his last few films.

The plus point of this movie is Mammootty,who back with his recent successful win formula, Comedy, And he did another splendid job with his highly convincing comedies.

Plot :

It is the Story of two brothers, Raja(Mammootty) and Kari (Lal),they are famous with their nick name Cobra. They like anything starts with Co. Then they went to Kottayam for buying a land, and their the find the two twins, PadmaPriya and Kaniha and decided to marry them. Some suspense, emotions and hilarious moments will form the rest of the movie…

Performance :

Mammootty : Megastar is back with a splendid performance, where his comedy timing was top notch, and he did not disappoint with his latest win formula – Comedy. And he is given a film to celebrate for both his well wishers and fans.

Lal : This talented actor -  director, had continued his good performance and given amble support to Mammootty. The lead pair combinations were the highlights of the film.

Lalu Alex : A very good performance from him and comedies were good.

Kaniha nad Padmapriya : Did their best with their respective roles

Salim Kumar and Manian pilla Raju: Did good job as the twin assistants …

The rest of the cast done  their job decently, good to see Babu Antony is getting some nice roles.

Behind The Camera :

Director : Lal, Cobra is again a Lal’s trade mark movie, his direction and narrative was good.

Screen Play : Lal again proved, how he can turn a simple thread into an interesting film.

Camera : Venu, did an amazing job with his camera, and was too good in Climax scenes..

Music : Alex Paul have got some nice music, however I doubt, whether the song is choreographed well…

Editing : V sajan‘s editing was another highlight of the film, does’t seem to be dragging  !!

Final Word : 

Cobra is a movie, which belongs to director Lal, with his amazing style of execution. With a comedy filled first half and little serious second half film will be  a good catch for this festival season. Though the climax is good, we might expect a better one, and again this may not be the best film from Lal… The success of the movie is that it is not just brainless comedies, it has some nice mixture of all the ingredients, which helps to pull audience of all types.
